The annual MLK Weekend in Sunriver, OR was another great 3 days of xc skiing, eating, playing games and hanging out with friends. I love Eastern Oregon so much; the mountains are so beautiful, the skiing fun and challenging, the time with friends much appreciated. This year, as you will see below, we saw some really interesting snowflakes... looks like evaporation and re-freezing to me. HUGE flakes, cool patterns.
