Les Délices Bretonnes: Eating Well
Hands down the best crêperie I've ever eaten in. Galette: champignons emmenthal. Crêpe (below): Caramel au beurre salé. Heaven, folks. Didn't eat any, but sure is pretty... Below, the Kouing Amann, an amazing caramized pastry that contains more butter than any other ingredient. Delicious. Savour a plain Kouing Amann... ...or, try one with chocolate!
