Actually, no it doesn't. Brussels is apparently "known" for its mussels, but frankly I've had way better mussels in France and for waaaay cheaper too. The average price for a Moules Marenières was like 22 euros. I found a "deal" at 14 euros and I've got to say, when you pay for the bottom of the line, you get the bottom of the line. Disappointment, but the meal made for a fun blog post. Moules frites in France is like 10 euros for good quality, big portions and perfectly steamed and sauced mussels.
I love traveling and sharing my experiences with my friends and family. I hope you enjoy the images & stories and learn a little something, too...

Mussels in Brussels
The title really says it all.
